Kalshi Lands Exclusive Multi-Year Brand Partnerships with Five MLB Teams

Giants Reds Kalshi

While Polymarket has an overall deal with MLB, Kalshi is charging into baseball team deals with exclusive multi-year brand partnerships announced Tuesday. The deals cover the Atlanta Braves, Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants. These agreements put Kalshi branding inside major venues while delivering team-specific offers to traders through the app. Novig was the first platform to announce a deal with an MLB club, three weeks ago, with their Mets agreement.

The timing aligns with a sharp rise in activity. Baseball-related trading volume on the platform has climbed 36x year over year, turning team fans and followers into traders who now treat live market prices as part of their game-day rhythm. While the regular season winds down over the next five weeks, October brings playoff baseball, when the sport sees its highest interest and viewership.

Kalshi Secures Exclusive Deals with Five MLB Franchises

The partnerships include in-stadium signage, logos on boards inside and outside the parks, social and online promotions, radio integrations and fan activations. Kalshi continues talks toward a broader league-level arrangement, yet these five club deals already give it a strong presence across nearly one-sixth of the league.

The Dodgers agreement stands out. Kalshi-branded LED signage will appear throughout the ballpark, and the platform gains naming rights to the Gold Glove Bar, now the Kalshi 435 Club. The name references the distance a home-run ball must travel to reach the club’s entrance. Exclusive on-site activations will run in Centerfield Plaza all season, paired with Dodger-specific offers inside the app.

The Red Sox deal adds branded LED displays and radio spots on a major New England sports station. Parallel signage and digital promotions are rolling out for the Braves, Giants and Padres. Early branding had already appeared on scoreboards and social posts in the days before the formal announcement.

In a post on X, Kalshi noted that baseball fans have made the platform part of how they follow the game and pledged to keep investing in both the traders and the sport. A P.R. spin for sure, but yet another business development and marketing milestone for Kalshi, which continues advancing its sports event contract dominance even amid all the uproar over the prediction market category.

Trading Volume Growth Driving the Push

While football still dominates all North American sports wagering, baseball contracts have become one of the Kalshi platform’s fastest-growing categories. Traders are pricing nightly winners and longer-term championship odds, creating a running conversation that sits alongside every pitch. This is a sport that plays seven days a week when in season, so it offers daily traders a chance to maneuver and position and the thrills of wins on an everyday timetable. Given the types of traders in sports event outcomes, this is a major structural draw.

As a result, the partnerships arrive while interest is high. In-stadium branding reinforces the digital activity, turning a quiet market price into a visible part of the ballpark atmosphere. Ballparks now largely offer full WiFi service, meaning every fan in attendance can trade from the park itself. Club-specific offers inside the app add another layer: a Padres follower can unlock promotions tied to that night’s starter, while a Giants supporter sees exclusive content after a walk-off win. This is savvy built-in, personalized segmentation.

The 36x YoY volume surge shows the appetite is real. Earlier sports collaborations demonstrated how quickly these markets can scale; baseball is now delivering the same momentum on a domestic stage, and Kalshi is embedding itself inside the fan experience rather than remaining outside it.

Meanwhile, Kalshi remains in discussions about a league-wide arrangement (currently held by Polymarket) that could expand access to official marks and data. For now, the focus stays on delivering value inside the current five-team partnerships. Opening the Kalshi app during a game carries the weight of official team branding, and walking through the gates means seeing the same name on the boards that appears on their screens. The loop between live action and live markets is tightening

More activations and tailored offers will follow as the season and playoffs unfold. We won’t know the ROI until there’s a post-mortem on the season, but this certainly looks like a nice win for Kalshi prospectively.
