We are not a trading venue

PolyPunter is a news and analysis publication. We do not operate a prediction market, exchange, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, sportsbook, or casino.

We do not open accounts, accept deposits or wagers, match trades, custody funds, or settle contracts. Any trading you do takes place on third-party platforms subject to those platforms’ own terms and rules.

Prediction-market prices

Prices, implied probabilities, volumes, open interest, and similar figures quoted on the Site are snapshots of traded markets at a point in time. They are not guarantees that an event will or will not occur.

A contract trading at 70% does not mean PolyPunter predicts a 70% chance of that outcome. It means traders were willing to buy and sell at that price at the time the snapshot was taken.

Markets can move quickly. Figures on the Site may be delayed, incomplete, later revised by the source platform, or no longer current after publication.

Accuracy and timeliness

We aim to report carefully and to correct material errors, as described in our Editorial Policy. We do not warrant that every article, headline, chart, caption, or data point is complete, current, or free of error.

News about regulation, court cases, platform rules, and market resolution can change without notice. Always verify critical facts against primary sources such as official filings, platform rulebooks, and the venue where a contract trades.

Third-party platforms and links

The Site discusses and may link to third-party services, including prediction-market platforms, social networks, government sites, and news outlets. PolyPunter does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, uptime, fees, eligibility rules, or security.

Platform names, product features, and market structures change. Confirm current terms, fees, and legal availability on the third-party site before you act.

Opinions and commentary

Some pages include analysis, commentary, or opinion. Those views belong to the named author or to PolyPunter as labeled and are not statements of fact about future events.

Comments and other user submissions reflect the views of the people who posted them, not PolyPunter.

Past performance

Historical market prices, volume records, election-forecast examples, and similar results do not predict future performance. An accurate past forecast does not mean a current market or article will be accurate.

Legal and geographic restrictions

Prediction markets and event contracts are regulated differently by country, state, and platform. Some products are unavailable to U.S. residents or to residents of particular states. Others may be offered only through regulated venues.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. Accessing information on PolyPunter does not make a restricted product legal in your location.

Risk of loss

Trading event contracts and related products can result in the loss of some or all of the money you put at risk. Liquidity, resolution disputes, oracle or UMA-style processes, platform outages, regulatory action, and sudden news can all affect outcomes.

Coverage of a company, platform, politician, team, token, or legal case is not an endorsement. Mention of Polymarket, Kalshi, PredictIt, or any other venue does not mean PolyPunter recommends that venue or any contract listed on it.

Advertising and affiliate relationships

The Site may display advertising or include affiliate links. If we may earn a commission or other compensation from a relationship that is relevant to a page, we will disclose that relationship where required.

Commercial relationships do not change the disclaimers on this page. Sponsored material, if published, will be labeled and should not be treated as independent advice.

No warranty and limitation of liability
